Samuel is a fourth-year undergraduate Aerospace Science and Engineering major. In the HRVIP Lab, he serves as a specialist in computer-aided modeling and analysis and will be working on a variety of different projects. He is currently contributing his efforts to the design, analysis, and construction of a space habitat model that will be integrated with a UR5e robotic arm. This model will aid the investigation of interactions between humans and robot arms in a space habitat environment. Outside of the lab, he is a passionate aerial photographer. He is currently working on building a hexacopter and securing a remote pilot certificate. This will allow him to become an independent contractor for UAV operations such as roof inspections, construction oversight, and scientific studies.
