Nathan graduated with a B.S. from UC Davis double majoring in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. While working in the HRVIP lab, Nathan worked on flow visualization techniques for vortex generators in the 12 inch low speed wind tunnel. During his time at UC Davis he was also a member and Captain of the Advanced Model Aeronautics Team.

After graduating, Nathan interned with the HCI group at NASA Ames for 6 months before starting work as an Aerospace Engineer with Northrop Grumman in Sunnyvale where he has been since 2019.

Nathan's hobbies include backpacking, homebrewing, and cooking.
