Miranda is a 4th year undergraduate majoring in mechanical engineering and pursuing a minor in music. As a member of the HRVIP lab, she is working on developing a deployment mechanism for a computer vision testbed as part of the Inspection CubeSat project. Previously, she worked on the Zero-G fiducial markers project to create a satellite attitude determination system.


When she’s not conducting research for the HRVIP Lab, she can be found behind the percussion instruments with the UC Davis Video Game Orchestra or working as a peer advisor for the Engineering Undergraduate Office. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing, singing along to showtunes, and spending time with her friends and family.
