Bio
Krystle is a third-year undergraduate student majoring in Chemical Engineering. Inspired by the intersection of chemical engineering with human spaceflight, she joined the HRVIP lab and the NASA HOME (Habitats Optimized for Missions of Exploration) STRI to collaborate with Daniela's research in Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS). In particular, Krystle is interested in experimenting with cyclic tests of the ZeoDe CO2 removal testbed to generate humidity degradation data for prognostics.
When she isn't in the lab, Krystle loves shredding powder on her snowboard, playing video games, learning film photography, and spending time with her friends.
